No refunds or cancellations are permitted after final balance settlement and the electronic dispatch of final completed files.
4. Revision & Quality Adjustments
We are committed to delivering tailored visual assets that meet agreed project parameters:
- Scope Revisions: If initial draft layouts do not match the parameters explicitly agreed upon during pre-contractual consultation, clients may request adjustments within 7 calendar days of receiving initial draft layouts.
- Correction Process: Requested modifications within the original project scope will be addressed within 1 to 3 business days without additional charge.
- Scope Amendments: Requests for structural changes, content additions, or brand alterations that exceed the original written brief are subject to a separate quote and additional customization fees.
